With over 30 years in the building and construction industry, Mark brings practical knowledge that only comes from decades on the tools and on site. He's navigated countless build challenges across commercial and residential projects and knows what works in real-world conditions.
Working on Barrow Island for several years, Mark experienced firsthand the frustrations and delays that come with remote procurement—waiting for materials, dealing with missed freight windows, and managing the impact of supply chain issues on site schedules. He knows exactly what it's like to be on the receiving end of remote logistics, which is why he's committed to getting it right for his customers.
Mark has worked across diverse projects and understands what's required when you're far from major suppliers and can't afford delays.

Louise brings over 10 years of experience in architectural specification sales and procurement, including a management role with one of Australia's largest building products manufacturers, where she specialised in getting products to WA and remote locations.
With logistics as her specialty and technical knowledge of building products, Louise has spent years navigating the complexities of supply chains - coordinating deliveries to isolated communities, managing freight schedules (and problem-solving when needed).
Her background means she understands both the technical specifications of building products and the logistical realities of getting them to sites. Whether it's sourcing the right product for your application or finding creative solutions to challenges, Louise's combination of technical knowledge and supply chain expertise ensures nothing falls through the cracks.
Louise has a genuine passion for good customer service and believes that living or working remotely shouldn't mean compromising on access to quality products. She's a realist, but also committed to making procurement as seamless as possible, keeping you informed every step of the way.
When Louise is not sourcing supplies, you'll find her juggling mum life, or catching up over great coffee and conversation!

Office Manager
Meet T, our four-legged Office Manager who takes his role very seriously. While he may not answer emails or manage schedules, he excels at the important stuff—greeting visitors with enthusiastic tail wags, conducting regular morale-boosting rounds, and ensuring no one skips their lunch break (especially if treats are involved).
His open-door policy means he's always available for a pat or play session, and his stress-reduction initiatives have a 100% success rate. T believes every workplace runs better with a dedicated Chief Happiness Officer, and he's committed to maintaining our positive, welcoming atmosphere.
